At Velsys, we believe in a thorough and well planned implementation process. This will be led by an account manager, who will work with your team to ensure strong planning for each step of the functional configuration, user acceptance, and integration process. Working alongside our product manager, our account manager will interface and coordinate with both your business and IT stakeholders to ensure that Velsys puts the required resources in place to meet your deadlines and business needs.

Once your firm has completed implementation of either the V-FX or ViSTRA products and moved from a testing to production environment, the Account Manager will be your day-to-day contact for any issues that arise. They will be supported by a Technical Helpdesk providing 24×6 support and will manage your service to agreed Service Levels, as well as assisting you with introducing the platform effectively to your extended client e-trading community.
